Austrian Airlines expands long-haul network with inaugural  flight to Boston 

Austrian Airlines took off for Boston for the primary time, launching the 12 months spherical nonstop flight connection from Vienna to Boston. Goodies had been handed out by Austrian Airlines CCO Michael Trestl on board the  inaugural flight.

The journey time between Vienna and Boston, some 6,500 kilometres away, is roughly 9 hours.  The flight can be operated on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in addition to  each second Tuesday. Departure from Vienna is at 10:40 a.m., arriving in Boston at 01:50 p.m. native  time. The return flight departs Boston at 05:10 p.m., arriving in Vienna at 07:25 a.m. native time.

With the addition of Boston as new vacation spot, Austrian Airlines will increase its intercontinental  footprint to a complete of 18 locations, providing its passengers in 2024 greater than 125 worldwide journey  locations.
